About Our Founder
Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication (with a concentration in Public Relations) as well as a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toledo. As a reflection of his commitment to the powerful impacts of storytelling, Dr. Gooden earned a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business. Most recently, he earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration at the University of New Orleans.
